The LCBA welcomes Justin Walker and Billy-George Hertzke for a dynamic presentation that provides an overview of recent Colorado cases of attorney misconduct. Mr. Walker will discuss 2021 disciplinary actions in Colorado and few from other states. He will also provide his insight regarding recent trends and areas he expects will become focus areas for the Office of Attorney Regulation in the future. Mr. Hertzke will speak about how the RPC 8.4(g) applies to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) requirements and discuss a recent disciplinary case involving Rule 8.4(g).

Mr. Walker is Special Counsel for Dewhirst & Dolven, LLC in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mr. Hertzke is a partner at SGR, LLC, located in Denver, Colorado.
