Seeking a new or newer attorney to join a solo practice which has been serving Northern Colorado for 27 years. The practice is limited to representing clients in family law and criminal defense, but the majority of the caseload is in family law.

The Office of Cummings & Petrone is seeking a full-time legal assistant/paralegal. This person will answer phone calls and potential client inquiries, provide confidential and complex administrative support to clients, draft and file motions/pleadings, conduct legal research, schedule and communicate with courts in jurisdictions throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
