Who You Are
A litigation paralegal with 6+ years of hands-on experience as a personal injury paralegal. A clear and confident communicator with strong writing and client-relations skills
Someone who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork
Comfortable managing a caseload of 25+ litigation files
Focused, reliable, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities. Highly proficient in legal software, calendaring, and Microsoft Office tools.
What You’ll Do
· Manage a portfolio of active litigation cases from filing through trial
· Draft pleadings, disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and related documents
· Maintain and monitor deadlines through accurate calendaring and tracking
· Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, vendors, and opposing counsel
· Coordinate with attorneys on strategy, trial prep, and daily case needs
· Provide clients with regular updates and a sense of confidence during a stressful process

Benefits
· Compensation: $82,500 to $90,000 based on the amount of personal injury experience
· Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based bonuses tied to clearly defined paralegal metrics, with the potential to significantly increase total compensation for high performers
